RETURNS
Customised items can only be returned if the garment(s) are damaged when delivered. You can not return or be entitled to a refund on any customised garments that become damaged while being worn or for any other reasons.
You must notify us of any damaged garments within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept returns on customised items for any other reason.
We will endeavour to solve any issues with orders, however this is at the discretion of Full Out Apparel Ltd and is dependant on the each individual order.
PRINTING
Please be aware that the printed colours may be slightly different to the ones shown on mock ups.
Please be aware that bright printed colours may fade in vibrance after being washed. We will not reprint any order because of printed colours fading.
REFUNDS
We will notify you by email once your returns have been received. After they have been checked by one of our team we will process your refund. We aim to complete all of this within 5 days.
Your refund will be made by the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to appear depending on your bank.
